Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at jackson@fastflowpros.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case promptly.
All service agreements require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the minimum period, clients may cancel with 30 days written notice sent to jackson@fastflowpros.com. Monthly retainer fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable upon cancellation.
Fast Flow Pros provides website design, automation systems, CRM setup, and related digital services to roofing contractors on a monthly retainer basis. Services are delivered digitally. Fast Flow Pros does not guarantee specific lead volumes or revenue outcomes — we deliver the system, not the leads. Third-party service availability (Twilio, Vercel, Make.com, Airtable) is subject to their respective terms and uptime guarantees.
